Fees

Please email us at info@english-associates.com to request our 2010 Rate Sheet which details all of our services on a step-by-step basis.

• We never charge commissions or realtor fees, nor do we own or sell properties.

• For inspecting a property, negotiating a purchase price, acting under Power of Attorney, checking title, or representing a buyer at closing, we charge a flat fee.

• Property scouting and property management services are billed on a monthly basis.

• Notary closing services are billed as a percentage of the property sale price, as is the custom in Argentina.

To avoid conflicts of interest, English & Associates does not receive any compensation whatsoever from brokers, real estate agencies or property owners and acts entirely on behalf of the buyer.

We neither represent specific properties nor do we maintain a portfolio of properties to show. We receive no commissions of any kind.
