The services that Carlos provides to E&A clients include the drafting of documents key to the successful development of a real estate investment, such as purchase/sales contracts, property titles, and contracts with third party service providers (temporary laborers, contractors, materials suppliers, etc.). For clients who wish to purchase title insurance, he is also an approved attorney of First American Title Insurance Company of Miami.

Carlos offers clients a wealth of experience in international law, corporate matters and contract negotiation. As head attorney for Pescarmona Holding (1976-1985), he managed corporate affairs and negotiated contracts between Argentine metallurgical, electronics, wine and insurance companies and foreign firms such as Westinghouse (USA), Kellogg Co. (USA), Canadian General Electric (Canada), Boving Co. (England), Telemechanique (France), and Nohab Turbinteknik (Sweden). 

Carlos founded his own firm in 1985, and built a portfolio of international clients that includes Citibank (USA), Agra Monenco Inc. (Canada), Northumbrian Water Group (England), Coyne et Bellier (France) and Andeluna Cellars (USA). In addition to a Doctorate in Law, Carlos holds a Master in International Commerce from the University of Aconcagua in Mendoza.
