Sergio scouts and inspects potential investment properties, collects soil and water samples for analysis, accompanies clients on guided property tours, creates project plans for the development of an investment, and oversees the technical management of agricultural properties such as vineyards.

From 2000 to 2008, Sergio worked as Lead Viticulturist and Technical Director of Finca la Celia in La Consulta, Valle de Uco. Previously, he was employed by Kendall-Jackson in California. Sergio holds a technical certificate in Agro Technology and Enology, a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering, and a Postgraduate degree in Viticulture. He speaks fluent English.
